Jews Are Going To Heal The World.

The world is broken so we must fix it: תיקון עולם

- That is the principal of the Hebrew phrase - Tikkun Olam

What other world religion so passionately pursues an agenda of healing? Tikkun Olam which is contained within the writings of the Talmud declares that humans must change society for the better. What is meant by "better"? Only certain Jewish elders know the answer to that question- Those who are advanced enough to understand what's best for us all. But in order to heal the world, one must have the ability to influence events. How does one do that? Simple: Gain control of the world’s monetary systems, governments, legal professions, media, public institutions and academia etc.

Healing sometimes hurts.

Those who are most in need of help are the most determined to resist it. Take for example the little boy or girl who is content with being just that: a “normal” child. Such a simple naïve being may not realise the potential for transformation that is within them. Tikkun Olam encourages us to save these poor creatures from the enslavement of fixed identity; It tells us that children should question their basic realities no matter how traumatic or disconcerting that may be; That all children are broken and deserve to be fixed. The agony of cutting off one's breasts or penis is nothing compared to the tragedy of disappointment that might eventually arise from realising life could have been so much different.

Tikkun Olam is a complex and mysterious process.

The path to a better world is quite often paved with periods of significant suffering, and sometimes even Jews must sacrifice fellow Jews in order to serve its purpose. The famous Jewish billionaire investor George Soros in a 60 minutes interview talks about how he shopped fellow Jews to the Nazis for money, seizing their assets for himself. Soros proudly intimates to his astonished host how this experience “formed my character”. Obviously Soros’ victims at the time didn’t see a bright side of being sent to their death, but they would surely have been consoled by knowing that their extermination formed part of the great Tikkun Olam plan to fix the world.
