World COP King Charles Rules At Dubai
Another Middle East Kingdom that we made earlier.
Hereunder follows an announcement by His Royal Highness King Charles the IIIrd.
Ladies & Gentlemen,
It is left to myself, King Charles III of England to announce the forthcoming Conference Of The Parties in the United Arab Emirates in December 2023, which promises to be a most splendid occasion.
Besides the obvious festivities which are integral to the occasion, we will have a chance to meet many like minded souls flying in from different corners of the globe to partake in a celebration of all that is good;. Nothing makes the blood flow more excitedly than the exercise of sheer animal control over humanity; But that is not the main reason for one's attendance at COP 28. The primary purpose, of course, is saving the planet.

My father once famously remarked that should he be reincarnated after death he would very much wish to come back as a deadly virus to wipe away mankind. Whilst one must be somewhat judicious about sharing such sentiments, I commend my late father for the strength of his convictions.
Ladies and gentlemen let me get straight to the point. In our present age there are far too many inhabiting our magnificent blue marble. This is a sobering fact, and one to which we must urgently respond. Obviously we can't go around just deliberately exterminating people. That would be a preposterous way to frame it; No, we can only eradicate humanity if it is done in a spirit of friendship and solidarity.
That is why the Climate Change narrative is so important. Wiping out mankind is an incredibly massive undertaking which requires extraordinary measures. One will be familiar with our World War 2 experiments which provided us with much of the data one might require to get a taste of the enormity of the task at hand. Trains, planes, automobiles and airtight chambers. It will require all hands on deck.
I will of course be reporting on events taking place at COP28 so stay tuned for more exciting news of new rules, regulations, mandates, and opportunities for us all to get involved.
